A) No, Zelenko does not accept any type of health insurance or 3rd party payors.
A) After purchasing Zelenko Emergency Kit, you will be emailed and texted a link to zstacklife.com/intake to validate your purchase. Next, you MUST fill out the clinical intake form for a medical provider to review your suitability and send for the prescription. If your medical provider requires additional information, a phone call or virtual follow-up may be necessary. For further assistance, contact our Customer Support team at Support@zstacklife.com.
A) Zelenko only offers emergency kits that are prescribed to the specific individual to whom the medication is intended. The prescribed medications take into account the individual's medical status based on the clinical intake form, including any noted allergies. It is crucial to not allow others to use medications that are not prescribed for them.
A) While Zelenko generally accepts HSA (Health Savings Account) cards, it's important to check with your insurance provider before attempting to use your card. Some insurance plans may have specific requirements that Zelenko may not be able to provide.
A) The FDA requires pharmacies to label prescription medications with an expiration date, which can be found on the prescription included in your kit. Most medications commonly have a shelf life of around 2 years. Store them in a cool, dry environment to optimize shelf life.
